Event Description:

Ozark's Partnership in Progress (Ozark Chamber, City of Ozark, and Ozark R-VI School District) will host the annual State of the Community Dinner on Thursday evening, October 5, 2017 at 6:30 pm. The event will be held at Ozark High School.

The theme for this year's dinner is "Show Me Ozark." Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft will serve as the keynote speaker. The event will focus on economic development, specifically business attraction and workforce development and expansion.

The evening will consist of a dinner, keynote, and presentations by community leaders, with time allowed for questions from attendees.

Registration is $20 per person.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

As Missouri Secretary of State, Jay Ashcroft has worked to strengthen relationships with local election authorities and attract new jobs to Missouri. Secretary Ashcroft will offer the view from his office on ways to bring growth and development to Missouri, as well as additional topics of interest to Southwest MO business and education leaders.
