SUP Sunset Yoga

Switch up your yoga routine and hit the water alongside 37 North. During the standup paddleboard yoga session, you’ll enjoy a full-body workout while taking in the sunset and Finley River views. After about an hour, you’ll head back to The Workshop for snacks and drinks. All equipment is provided and in advance of striking a pose, you’ll see a tutorial and learn tips from a pro yogi.
