Start your day with a relaxing, open air yoga session overlooking the Finley River. Leslie Smith, an RYT200 with a background in ashtanga, hatha and mindfulness, leads the hour-long, all-ages class. The class is concluded with a 10-minute mindfulness session. All attendees will receive a drink card for a complimentary coffee or tea at The Workshop. Make sure to bring your own mat and water bottle. Parking is available at The Ozark Mill, 802 Finley Farms Lane in Ozark. After parking, head toward the south end of The Ozark Mill and cross The Riverside Bridge to find The Chapel. In the event of inclement weather, this yoga session will be moved indoors.
