FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Least Of These, Inc. is asking for the community’s help to provide Christmas for Christian County kids who otherwise would have nothing under their tree on Christmas morning.

A total of 362 Christian County families are seeking assistance for 857 children this Christmas.  The majority of those kids have already been adopted for Christmas but we still have 166 kids who need to be adopted

“We are asking the community to help us by adopting the remaining 166 kids for Christmas”, said Kristy Carter, Director of Development.  “These families have reached out for help, and we can’t let them down”.

To adopt a child or family for Christmas, please contact our Christmas lines at 417.450.8819 or 417.268.0157.  You may also send an email to leastofthesechristmas@gmail.com.

Least Of These, Inc. is the only full service food pantry serving approximately 825 Christian County families (2,300 people) on average per month.  As we head into the holidays, this number increases to 900-950 Christian County families each month.

Least Of These, Inc. relies on funding from individuals, businesses, churches, grantors, and civic organizations. If you would like to make a tax-deductible monetary donation, you can mail your donation to P.O. Box 808, Nixa, MO 65714 or online at leastofthesefoodpantry.org.  Least Of These, Inc. also has state of Missouri Food Pantry Tax Credits available.  Please contact us if you are interested.
