Educational Community Credit Union has 3,000 square feet of space available for lease. This space is build to suit. The building was built in 2012 and houses the credit union operations on one side. The space available is unfinished, just waiting to be filled in to the rentor's specifications. Footage can be broken down to 1,000 feet and up to 3,000 feet. It is in an ideal location just off Hwy 65 on Jackson Street. Rental rate is $12 sq ft or $9 plus utilities and taxes.
