Join us at Finley Farms for Cake Baking 101 with Sous Chef Lara St Clair. This is a hands-on workshop that will teach you the fundamentals of baking a delicious 3-layer 6" cake using farm-fresh strawberries. You will learn how to properly stack, ice, and decorate the cake using flower molds and buttercream frosting, as well as tips that will help make your cake look like a professional masterpiece.
